Mia Couto

António Emílio Leite Couto, better known as Mia Couto, is a Mozambican writer, born in Beira in 1955, a master in storytelling and a wordsmith. His inventive ability to mix and amalgamate words to recreate new unexpected items is fascinating. This section is dedicated to his work on the plasticity of the word, reminding us of the dimension of literature as Belles-Lettres.
